Puppies at El Refugio find many places to curl up and sleep during a play break. It's getting to the point where one has to watch where one steps in order to not step on one of the pups. It's gloriously wonderful puppy energy, but the sad part is that they all must find a home, or face a life living as orphans at the refuge. Any benefactors care to contribute to a Puppy Rescue Airlift back to the Portland Humane Society? We're looking for contributions and volunteers to make this happen, if at all possible.
