Elizabeth was having a hard time deciding whether she could leap over this driftwood log. She has gradually become the larger of the four pups, but is the least gifted athletically. She has an easy lope, and gets into the roughhousing with the rest, but tends to lay back a bit more than them, waiting for her opportunity. She is the softest, gentlest one of the pups, but despite her very sweet nature, is more cautious towards strangers initially, often barking a warning bark, and casting an anxious glance my way to make sure things are cool.
