I was driving in SE Portland in December, 1998 near the intersection of SE Tacoma and SE 13th when after a rain shower this rainbow just popped out. I had to quickly make a turn down a side street, park, grab my camera and run for a spot where I could see the end of the rainbow. It disappeared 30 seconds later.
