It's okay, I found her again...

Thanks to everyone who sent me contact info for Trisha. I got in touch today by phone, and it was a huge relief to me to be able to talk at some length for a change. Sometimes when you are separated from someone you miss, things can get a little crazy at times. Anyway, I was grateful to hear she was doing well, and things were much quieter for her in her new place close to the beach in Todos Santos. She told me Mariposa had been hospitalized for a time because of high blood pressure, which isn't good, since it's stressful enough dealing with over 50 dogs at the refuge on average, and mostly by herself all day. I'll post some other news in a day or so.
