In early January, we were in the middle of a serious rainy stretch, and Schooner Creek (which runs through our property) was in fine form, shown here. As the creek normally rises to it's banks, it picks up amazing speed as it careens to Siletz Bay, around five miles away, and ends up in the Pacific.
